we are currently recruiting a team of 6 girls to fulfill the role of HB Team. This role will be a combination of Coaching, promotion and sales. Full training
will be giving to all staff in the areas of sales, promotion, nlp, seduction, coaching and more.
PlaytheGame run regular Introductory seminars for the general public to inform them of the courses and products we offer. These are held roughly 2 - 4
every week. These seminars are approximately 2.5 hours long, allowing us to hold on in the morning (11am - 2pm) and one in the afternoon (3pm-6pm) on saturday
and sundays on weeks that bootcamp or other paid seminars are not being held.
The currently location of our intro seminars is 1KX, 120 Cromer Street, Kings Cross. The venue allows for between 70-80 attendees per seminar. Therefore it is
possible to have 320 new customers turnover per weekend; if necessary we are able to add a 3rd seminar into the day increasing this number to 480.
At these intro seminars we are selling our Level 2 Bootcamp (a 2 day course held in central london monthly). The price these are cuurently sold at is £597; though
this figure will rise to £997 over the next 4-6 months. All attendees of Level 1 (intro seminar) will have supplied PlaytheGame with their name, number and
email address, and as such will go on our regular email newsletter and be placed on our customer database.
THE ROLES
This is full time role, operated mainly on flexi-time. The role of HB Team will be as follows:
* Recruiting a minimum of 40 new men per week to attend our Level 1 seminar (for free - normal price £10). You will be given printed tickets for the seminar
each week and will be expected to find new men to attend each week, this may be done in anyway you like, on average simply by stopping men in the street it is
possible for girls to get 15 men to attend in the space of an hour.
* Girls will take names, number and email of all these attendees and add to the database weekly. And call attendees at least 24 hours before seminar to
confirm attendance.
* Attend all intro Level 1 seminars and act as crew / sales persons to help up sell attendees to the Level 2 Bootcamps.
* Contact customers on the database, and upsell to our products and courses. These range from our £10 ebooks and cds to £500 dvd tutorial sets; and from
our $597 Level 2 Bootcamp, to our £20,000 Level 8 Trainers Training.
* The HB team will also be fully trained in NLP, Time-Line Therapy, Hypnosis and Seduction as part of their work over their first 12 months working for
PlaytheGame. As such they will also form part of the coaching team.
* The coaching team are expected to attend bootcamps/ seminars as coaches to assist trainers, and act in capacity of coach during this time. There will also
be times during seminars where coaches are employed on an hourly basis by PlaytheGame to give attendees one on one coaching.
* Further as part of the coaching team, the HB team will be put up on the website as one of our coaches, and will be promoted by PlaytheGame for one-on-one
coaching sessions (once they are certified as a coach by our head trainers).
* Lastly coaches will also be expected to contribute to regular newsletters, blogs, articles and products as a means of promoting themselves within the company.
TIMES
While the hours are flexi-time hours (with the exception of coaching sessions, seminars and weekly meetings); this should be considered a full-time position
and persons unable to dedicated full-time working hours should not apply.
PAY AND COMMISSION
The role is largely commission based and successful workers have potential be earining £600+ per week with in the first 2 weeks.
Commission is earnt for any and all sales made within the company. This means for any of the persons you bring to the seminar that buy the Level 2 event you
will make commission. Commission is 25% meaning for every person that signs up to Level 2 you earn £150.
Further commissions can be made from any one on our customer base. When ever a sale is made in any manner, for any clients you have brought to the company
(i.e. got on our customer database) 10% commission is paid out for the goods/ services they purchase; for anyone you sell to from our customerbase, 15%
commission is paid. 90% of sales will be either made at our seminars, or from telephone sales calls made directly to customers.
Payment for coaching is on an hourly basis at between £10- £50 / hour dependant on coaching level. For one-on-one coaching with clients coaches prices are
agreed with the head trainers and will range from £20 / hour to £500/ hour dependant on coaching level and experience. This fee is split 50/50 between the coach
and the company.

* NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) Practitioner Certification - (£3,500)
* NLP Master Practitioner Certification - (£7,000)
* NLP Trainers Training Certification - (£20,000)
* Time-Line Therapy Certification- (£1,500)
* Hypnosis Training - (£3,000)
* Life Coach Training - (£2,500)
* Seduction Coach Training - (£2,000)
* Game Coaching Certification - (£2,500)
Passing your NLP Practitioner Certification and your Game Coaching Certification within 6 months of starting work with PlaytheGame is mandatory for all
persons in the HB team. Given the amount of training and personal time will be invested in the team we are only looking to recruit serious applicants who
